Prices shouldn't be a secret, and at Kingdom Cleaning- they're not.   

Routine cleans: Average $80-$120 

Deep cleans or move ins/move outs:  Average $180-$450

Essential Hour Service: $45 per session (minimum of 3 per week).

Vacation or Short-Term Rentals:  Average $80-$120

Commercial Accounts:  Average $100 per week

Payment:

Move out cleans and detail cleans require a $150 deposit.

Routine and move out cleans will receive an invoice after service. Payments are due within 14 days.

Essential Hour services must pay in advance.

Vacation rentals are automatically charged twice per month (must have card on file).

Commercial accounts are charged monthly.

Sick Policy:

If you have experienced symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive coughing, chills, etc in the last 24 hours, you will need to cancel your appointment.  For the safety of our staff, please allow 24 hours between when your symptoms cease and allowing us back into your home.  

Cancellation Fee:

Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $35 fee*.  In addition, if the hide a key you arranged for us isn’t there and we cannot access the home, you will be charged the $35.  If no one is home when we arrive and you missed our appointment, again, there will be a $35 fee. 

*One cancellation is allowed without fee every 6 months.
