Pricing Kingdom Cleaning charges $55 per hour per staff member. Each property will be evaluated for travel time charges depending on its’ location. These rates are based on insurance/license/bond fees, cost of supplies, and a liveable wage in Washington state.

Covid-19 Our staff members are required to honor Washington State’s mask policy and other health requirements. This includes checking temperatures before the beginning of their shift, not coming to work with COVID-19 symptoms, and sanitizing hands and equipment between properties. We make sure to sanitize high touch areas. We offer a sanitation fogging for a $50 charge for a home 2000sqft or less, and $100 for 2500sqft and up.

Satisfaction Guarantee We are certain the client will have a positive experience with Kingdom Cleaning. In the event they are unhappy with our service, they have 24 hours after receiving services to make a complaint. At that time, we will communicate with them and decide which option is best suited for their needs: Additional service- free of charge, or a discounted rate.

Cleaning Checklist:

Common living areas: Dusting, general tidy up, vacuum upholstery and seat chairs as needed, clean under furniture. Spot clean walls.

Bedrooms: Dusting, change bedding or make beds, garbage removal, general tidying (exceptions include areas with jewelry, money, OTC drugs, prescription drugs, firearms, and adult toys). Spot clean walls. Collect laundry and take to laundry room.

Kitchens: Cleaning counters, tables, and chairs/stools. Cleaning inside the microwave. Wiping appliance exteriors. Emptying the crumb tray in the toaster. Cleaning stove tops and hood vents (not filters). Dishes. Cleaning sinks. Garbage removal. Window above sink as needed. Back splash as needed. Cupboard fronts as needed. Replace hand towels.

Bathrooms: Sanitizing tub/showers. Sanitizing the toilet. Cleaning counters and sinks. Garbage removal. General tidy up. Cupboard fronts and backsplash as needed. Spot clean walls. Replace hand towels.

Laundry Room: Wipe tops of washer/dryer and fronts as needed. Clean utility sink. Clean countertops. Remove garbage. Fold clothes and put away as needed. Spot clean walls.

Floors throughout: Vacuum rugs and set aside. Vacuum floors. Mop: Either with a steam mop (tile and linoleum only), or flat map using diluted Thieves household cleaner. Client can request other products at their own expense.
