Prices shouldn't be a secret, and at Kingdom Cleaning- they're not.   

Routine cleans: Average $90-$135

Deep cleans or move ins/move outs:  Average $250-$500

Essential Hour Service: $45 per session + fees

Vacation or Short-Term Rentals:  Average $120

Commercial Accounts:  $80-200


Payment:

Move out cleans and detail cleans require a $150 deposit.

Routine cleans, essential hour, and move out cleans will receive an invoice after service. Payments are due within 14 days.

Vacation rentals are automatically charged twice per month (must have card on file).

Commercial accounts are charged monthly.


Cancellation Fee:

Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $40 fee*.  In addition, if the hide a key you arranged for us isn’t there and we cannot access the home, you will be charged the $40.  If no one is home when we arrive and you missed our appointment, again, there will be a $40 fee. 

*One cancellation is allowed without fee every 6 months.
